Riley Gaines threatens to sue news outlet for ‘libel and character assassination’

Swimmer and activist Riley Gaines responded to a news article she claimed was an attempt at “character assassination” with a threat to sue.

British newspaper PinkNews released a story early Friday that read: “Anti-trans harassment pedalled on social media by former US college swimmer Riley Gaines has been linked with a bomb threat at a California library.” Gaines had shared a video from a meeting of the Yolo County chapter of Moms for Liberty at Mary L. Stephens Library in Davis, where library staff kept interrupting the meeting, insisting the group not misgender transgender athletes, until they were asked to leave.

Drag queen jailed after sending sexual messages to ‘14-year-old boy’

Andrew Way Sex Pervert

A drag queen trapped by paedophile hunters who fooled him into believing he was talking to a teenage boy has been jailed for 34 months.

Andrew Way, an LGBT Pride organiser known by the stage name Miss Gin, believed he was talking to a 14-year-old boy in explicit messages online.

Way pretended he was 27 when he began contacting the “boy”, not realising that a paedophile hunting group was behind the profile.

Canadian academics say taxpayers should pay for ‘gender-affirming’ surgeries

Katie Ross and Sarah Fraser, a brace of medical academics from Canada’s Dalhousie University, recently opined that taxpayers should pay for “minimally invasive” gender-affirming surgeries such as “voice feminization” and hair removal. The demented duo penned an editorial that found its way into the Canadian Medical Association Journal.

Barbarism in the Name of Equality

An Austin-based doctor performs “non-binary” genital surgeries.

The debate about transgender medicine is shifting. Legislators in 20 states have recently passed bills to restrict transgender medical interventions, such as puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and genital surgeries, for minors. And the tide of public opinion appears to be moving against “gender-affirming care,” a euphemism for child sex-change procedures not supported by the evidence and that often cause devastating consequences. Preventing such procedures for patients under age 18 has to be the baseline.

LA Parents protest school groomers

About 150 demonstrators who oppose LGBTQ+ education marched on Monday from City Hall to the Los Angeles Unified School District headquarters, where two counterprotesters were taken into custody as dozens of officers kept the opposing groups apart after heated exchanges.

Guy who won women’s powerlifting competition could be banned as Canada ordered to change its rules by international governing body

A transgender athlete could be banned from powerlifting after Canada’s union for the sport was ordered to align with the international governing body’s rules on transgender competitors.

The International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) issued the Canadian Powerlifting Union (CPU) with the ultimatum Monday after Anne Andres trounced her female competitors at an event earlier this month, smirking as she stood on the podium.

IPF rules state that competitors must prove their gender identity with government-issued ID and disclose their testosterone levels, mirroring similar policies by international sports governing bodies.

Catholic schools in Massachusetts order their 5,000 students to use the names, pronouns, and washrooms of their biological sex

A Catholic school district in Massachusetts has ruled that its 5,000 students must use the names and pronouns they used at birth, in the latest clash between the church and radical gender ideology.

The ruling from the Diocese of Worcester and approved by Bishop Robert McManus is set to affect 21 schools in and around the central Massachusetts city and start when students got back to class for the fall semester.

Under the new guidelines, students must conduct themselves in a manner ‘consistent with their biological sex,’ including the bathrooms they use and the sports teams on which they compete.

The tragedy of Jazz Jennings

Jazz Jennings and Monster Mom

The reality-TV star’s story is a terrible indictment of so-called gender-affirming care.

In 2003, Jeanette Jennings, a mother from Florida, noticed that her son, who was three years old, kept opening up his onesie. To most parents, this might not have seemed like a big deal, but Jennings became convinced that her son, Jaron, was trying to make his onesie into a dress. So began what would become the rollercoaster career of an icon of the trans lobby and a teenage darling of America’s liberal media.

Detransitioners Seek Justice in Court

Innocent ‘detransitioners’ misled into procedures that have harmed them are beginning to speak out and demand justice.

In 2007, Boston Children’s Hospital opened the first pediatric gender clinic in the United States. Known as the Gender Multispecialty Service (GeMS), the hospital describes it as “the first major program in the U.S. to focus on gender-diverse and transgender adolescents.” And the hospital touts the fact that, since founding GeMS, “we have expanded our program to welcome patients from ages 3 to 25.”

Here’s the truth about this trans powerlifter’s first-place picture: The runners-up were the only female competitors willing to compete

Andres, a trans person, lifted 1,327lbs, calculated from the combined weight of three lifts: squat, bench and deadlift, and beat the closest competition by a whopping 470lbs.

The top 20 men’s competitors lift over 2,000lbs. If Andres competed against them, Andres wouldn’t even rank in the top 6,000.

But Andres’ deadlift was the second highest in women’s weightlifting history. It doubly was shocking because athletes setting records in my sport are in their 20s and early 30s.
