If anyone deserves to be eulogized on film it’s Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden’s former business partner.

His public testimony to the House impeachment inquiry into Biden corruption last month is the subject of a new Tucker Carlson short documentary on X, The Man In the Arena.

Hunter Biden’s attempt to have all his tax charges thrown out was defeated Monday, letting the criminal case against him move forward.

A federal judge in California decided against the younger Biden, The Hill reports.

The decision confirms Biden faces three felony charges and six misdemeanor charges in connection to tax evasion, filing a false return and failing to pay taxes between 2016 and 2019.

The Washington Post’s lead fake fact-checker Glenn Kessler accused House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer of offering “scant” evidence of Biden family corruption but failed to dispute any of the oodles of evidence the Republican outlined in a recent interview.

In a conversation with Fox News’s Jimmy Failla on Monday, Comer gave a rundown of the evidence including the fact that nearly a dozen Biden family members received payments first shuffled through several Biden-linked bank accounts. The money was sourced from various business deals with foreign oligarchs who had a vested interest in making friends with a high-level U.S. official like a vice president. Those payments were also at the center of the IRS’s tax investigation against Hunter Biden.

Challenged by Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez during a Wednesday hearing to cite a specific law President Biden violated, Hunter Biden’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski accused the president of breaking racketeering and corruption laws through his participation in his son’s foreign business dealings.

Bobulinski previously alleged that President Joe Biden is the “big guy” marked in a text message to receive a ten percent stake in a joint venture with CEFC China Energy Co., a company with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

During his testimony in the impeachment inquiry, James Biden admitted that a Chinese government-linked company, CEFC China Energy, funded a $40,000 check that went to Joe Biden in 2017.

On Wednesday, Hunter Biden testified on Capitol Hill and attempted to downplay the threatening text message he sent to one of his Chinese business partners, in which he indicated he was “sitting here with my father” waiting to discuss their deal. He sent the message, dated July 30, 2017, via WhatsApp, to CEFC China Energy executive Henry Zhao.

First son Hunter Biden affirmed during his Wednesday impeachment inquiry deposition that his father, Joe, was “the big guy” referenced in an email about a business deal with a Chinese state-linked energy firm that yielded millions for Biden family members and other associates — but rejected the notion that the president was ever penciled in for a 10% stake.

“At one point, we asked Hunter about the 10% for the ‘big guy,’” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), a member of the House Oversight Committee, told Breitbart following Hunter’s six-hour, closed-door deposition on Capitol Hill. “We showed him the email … And he said, ‘Oh, that was after my father left office.’”

The AP’s article was intended to coincide with scheduled congressional testimony this week by President Joe Biden’s middle-aged, crack-addict son, Hunter. In other words, it’s the perfect time to rehabilitate the image of a lowlife who each day becomes more of a liability for Joe Biden’s reelection prospects.
