Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has ripped the hypocrisy of his critics being more outraged at him flying a handful of migrants to swanky Martha’s Vineyard than when border crossers die in terrifying conditions.
“It’s really frustrating,” DeSantis told Fox News’ Sean Hannity late Monday, hours after a criminal investigation was launched into his relocation of nearly 50 migrants to the posh Massachusetts hotspot.
“Millions of people since Biden’s been president, illegally coming across the southern border. Did they freak out about that? No.
In September of 2014, I found myself in a town hall meeting in Lexington, Nebraska — population 10,000. It’s a meat-packing town about three hours west of Omaha, and not what one would call a wealthy town. I was there on a campaign stop with Sen. Ben Sasse, and the people of Lexington were very concerned with one issue in particular: what to do about the 11 Central American kids the federal government had dropped off unannounced in Lexington the month prior, just before the start of school. There had been a rapid influx of unaccompanied minors crossing the border that summer, and the Obama administration just relocated many of them around the country in towns such as Lexington.

Fox News commentators Tucker Carlson and Jesse Watters hit back against woke documentary filmmaker Ken Burns for his tone deaf comparison between sending migrants to Martha’s Vineyard and the Holocaust.
Burns, who was making the talk show rounds to tout his three-part series exploring the U.S. action and inaction during the Nazi atrocities during World War II, couldn’t help but see the correlation between the genocide and a political maneuver by Governor Ron DeSantis.

It’s long past time to acknowledge that our country’s education system has a dangerous, rampant left-wing indoctrination problem. While leftists continue to promote how racist the country is toward minorities, teachers’ bigotry toward white people keeps getting exposed. Numerous videos, stories, and pictures show the public education system’s nasty little secret: There’s significant bigotry and discrimination against white people.
They hypocrisy here is pretty astounding. As Karen pointed out last week, when the first buses full of migrants sent arrived in Chicago, Mayor Lori Lightfoot called Texas Gov. Greg Abbott an inhuman, unpatriotic racist. She even lashed out at the bus companies who she said were “complicit in this indignity.”
Some in the British and American media have interpreted Nigeria’s prohibition on the use of foreign models as a ban on white people and foreign accents, and an attempt to free ourselves from a colonial mentality.
But this ignores the fact that there are many Nigerians at home and abroad with British and American accents – authentic or fake – as well as some Nigerians who are blonde-haired and blue-eyed.
My good friend, Jackie Farris, was born to white American parents in Florida in the US, but has made Nigeria her permanent residence for more than 25 years, and has a green Nigerian passport to show for it.

Britain’s left-wing The Guardian has attacked the upcoming movie My Son Hunter in a column claiming the movie is trying to elevate the Hunter Biden laptop scandal beyond a fringe conspiracy theory. But the article ignores the fact that the laptop and its contents have been authenticated as real by multiple mainstream news outlets, including the New York Times and CNN.
