Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche on Sunday said that the man set to be charged with attacking the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner is believed to have been targeting members of the Trump administration.

Washington hotel shooting raises questions about Trump security

Washington hotel shooting raises questions about Trump security

“I can’t imagine that there’s any profession that is more dangerous,” President Donald Trump told reporters, just hours after he was at the centre of yet another major security incident.

While a small army of Secret Service agents make the president arguably the world’s most protected person, keeping him safe is proving to be no easy task.

First there was the assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, in the summer of 2024 in which a bullet grazed his ear. Just 64 days later, Trump was again the target of a would-be assassin as he played a round on his Florida golf course.

Leftists Excited to Begin Cannibalizing the Elderly

Did you live a self-reliant, constructive life? Did you play by the rules, work hard, raise your kids to be productive members of society, save up, and arrive in seniority well-provisioned for your well-earned golden years?

Sucker!

If you simply reverse the direction of each of the Ten Commandments, you arrive at the leftist version. Among these is the Marxist tenet of weaponized envy — Thou shalt covet — and its corollary, Thou shalt steal.

A 20-year-old Texas man who allegedly firebombed OpenAI CEO Sam Altman’s home in San Francisco referenced Luigi Mangione, who is accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

The suspect, Daniel Moreno-Gama allegedly traveled from Texas to California with several weapons, a Molotov cocktail, and a manifesto in which he railed against artificial intelligence. He believed the technology poses an existential threat.

A return to the days when anarchists committed assassinations across the western world?

Anti-ICE Protesters Violently Attack Conservative Journalist Savanah Hernandez

You may be familiar with Savanah Hernandez. The best way to describe her, in my mind, is that she’s a guerrilla-stylereporter who’s mostly known for her work with Turning Point USA. She goes to where the action is and gives the conservative point of view.

The Art That We Keep Or Destroy

The Mayor of Providence, Rhode Island, has called for the removal of a mural of Iryna Zarutska, a young Ukrainian refugee whose brutal murder was caught on video, because, according to Mayor Smiley, because of its “misguided, isolating intent”.

Providence has a BLM street mural covering three blocks and a “Love is a Many Gendered Thing” mural, but Mayor Smiley urged supporting artists “whose work brings us closer together rather than divide us” and remembering Irina’s murder divides us.

Charlie Kirk bullet analysis finds no conclusive link to rifle found near scene

PROVO, Utah (AP) — Lawyers for the man charged with killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk have asked to delay a preliminary hearing scheduled in May, saying they need time to review an enormous amount of material and a bullet analysis that could contribute to his defense.

Tyler Robinson’s defense team said in recent court filings that an analysis from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, a federal law enforcement agency, could not conclusively connect a bullet fragment recovered during an autopsy to the rifle found near the scene. The FBI is running additional tests, according to court documents.

More Craziness in Portland As Anti-ICE Mob Finds Out It’s Not a Good Idea to Break Open ICE Facility Gate

My colleague Bob Hoge wrote about some of the craziness at the Portland ICE facility in the wake of the No Kings protests Saturday night.

They were throwing projectiles at the federal agents, and one even tackled a federal officer in a wild brawl.

The Feminists Who Hate MAGA More than the Mullahs

Some commentators have expressed disappointment at the relative silence of feminists on the situation of Iranian women. “Isn’t feminism supposed to be about women’s liberation?” asked Iranian-born Sheila Nazarian, a Beverly Hills doctor and media personality.

Nazarian expressed shock that “with Iran, a country where women are governed by absolutist religious law that hardly treats them as human, so many Western feminists either maintain their silence or end up supporting the regime.”

This is meaty.
