triggered TDS Trump Derangement

Nobody was expecting leftwing tv journalists to be anything short of bitter on the day Donald Trump assumed the office of the Presidency for the second time. But for anyone hoping to get a good chuckle out of the CNN and MSNBC panelists’ emotional reactions and tortured analysis, the coverage did not disappoint.

Sadiq Khan: Trump’s return brings march of fascism

Sir Sadiq Khan has warned of “resurgent fascism” on the eve of Donald Trump’s return to the White House.

Labour’s Mayor of London suggested the incoming President’s second term would carry echoes of 1930s Germany, in remarks that were immediately shot down by the Government.

In an article for The Observer, he warned against the “march” of the far-Right, calling it a “perilous moment” for the West, and hit out at Elon Musk, branding him a “billionaire bully”.

‘You can do anything’

The release of the ‘Access Hollywood’ tape was supposed to sink Donald Trump. Instead, it transformed politics – and our world

What moment in the past 25 years most altered our history? A case can be made that the turning point in recent American history, at least – and America being the hinge on which so much of the world also swings, a turning point in many other places – occurred on Oct. 7, 2016. That was the date of the release of the Access Hollywood tape, when Donald Trump was caught on a recording boasting, some 10 years or so before, with the TV host one Billy Bush, of his “technique” with women.

“I moved on her, and I failed. I’ll admit it,” he said gallantly of some would-be conquest. “I did try and fuck her. She was married. And I moved on her very heavily. In fact, I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. I said, ‘I’ll show you where they have some nice furniture.’ ”

The second Donald Trump era is set to begin. Here’s why the stakes for Canada are enormous

WASHINGTON, D.C. — And so we arrive at the cusp.

You can feel it in the city of presidents, this metropolis of neo-Roman edifices that once claimed to lead to the “free world,” and is now soon to experience its “Make America Great Again” restoration. The anticipation, the trepidation, the excitement, the dread. A weekend of galas and rallies; celebrants in their signature red hats meandering past the fences and porta potties on the National Mall; fireworks scheduled for Saturday night at Donald Trump’s golf course outside of town. And all of it hurtling towards the single, tremulous question.

What is about to happen?

The Star wants to terrorize the populace.

Will the Left Disrupt the Inauguration?

Left-wing radicals have been mobilizing near the nation’s capital ahead of the January 20 inauguration, which has been moved indoors. Since summer, we have tracked D.C.’s radical networks—their movements, methods, and potential for violence. After George Floyd’s death in 2020, these groups learned that street protests could yield political gains. Now, with Donald Trump returning to the White House, they’re weighing their options.

The Star’s Fainting Couch Is Occupied

Elon Musk has Donald Trump’s ear and a new-found interest in Canada. How much should we worry?

OTTAWA — Donald Trump’s return to the White House on Monday has already proven to be a thorn in the side of Canadian officials, but his second presidency brings additional baggage for Canada: Elon Musk.
The close adviser to Trump, owner of the social media platform X and richest man on Earth has a new-found interest in Canada, a ratio of five X followers for every Canadian and the stamina to post dozens of times a day. And he’s not afraid to dish out his political opinions online.

All of these TDS Patriots were silent as Trudeau flooded Canada with incompatible cultures causing irreparable harm to society.

‘It’s Crazy’: Federalist CEO Torches FBI Cover-Up Of First Trump Assassination Attempt

Federalist CEO Sean Davis blasted the FBI for stonewalling Congress’s investigation into the first assassination attempt against President-elect Donald Trump.

The moment came during a Friday interview, in which Davis was asked by conservative commentator Tucker Carlson what information is publicly available about Thomas Crooks, the would-be assassin who tried to kill Trump at a July rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The 20-year-old was killed by law enforcement shortly after the attempt on the incoming president’s life and information about his activities leading up to the shooting has remained scarce.

She helped launch the Women’s March. This year she’s sitting out the fight.

As protesters gather in Washington DC on Saturday for this year’s Women’s March, Vanessa Wruble, one of its founders, will be 2,500 miles away, at her farm in the Californian desert.

“I didn’t even know it was still a thing,” she told the BBC from her five-acre animal sanctuary near Joshua Tree, which features a zebra, mini cows and horses, peacocks and chickens.

Eight years ago, on the eve of the first Women’s March, Wruble had been consumed by it. In the aftermath of Donald Trump’s surprise 2016 victory over Hillary Clinton, Wruble, along with a handful of other female activists, scrambled to pull together a mass protest against the newly elected president.

The Petty Reason Michelle Obama Is Skipping Trump’s Inauguration

On Tuesday, we learned that Michelle Obama will be skipping Donald Trump’s inauguration next week. This follows her absence at Jimmy Carter’s funeral — she was the only living former first lady to miss the event — which raised some intriguing questions, like whether there are marital issues between her and Barack. The Obama office gave no explanation for her planned absence; however, sources close to Michelle claim that her decision to skip the inauguration is, in fact, about sending a “powerful statement.”

Seems a win to me.

As Midnight Strikes, Garland Releases Jack Smith’s January 6 Report on Trump

And the media were ready to amplify the proclamation that Trump ‘would have been convicted.’

Remarkable how harmoniously the legacy media can belt out a tune, even one that suddenly breaks out after midnight.

Just kidding, of course. There was nothing spontaneous about the public issuance of Biden-Harris Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith’s report on the January 6 (J6) case — the 146-page Volume I of his two-volume final report on the investigations of now-president-elect Donald Trump. Smith’s media megaphone was prepared for its publication in the wee hours after lapsing of Judge Aileen Cannon’s temporary restraining order — that order being the reason that the second tome, Smith’s Mar-a-Lago (MAL) report, remains under wraps.

Taxpayer-Funded NPR Relishes Using ‘Criminal’ and ‘Convicted Felon’ in Trump Court Coverage

Taxpayer-funded National Public Radio relished describing Donald Trump with words “criminal” and “convicted” and especially a “convicted felon.” Friday’s sentencing in New York offered a golden opportunity. I could tell this was coming because in Friday’s 9am top-of-hour newscast, they talked of Trump’s “criminal sentencing” three times.
