OTTAWA — Canada needs to overhaul the Trudeau-era immigration system so that applicants are selected largely on their ability to boost the economy, a new think tank report suggests, part of a wide-ranging set of policy suggestions for governments at all levels.

Carney has lied about having immigration under control, claiming an historic population reduction when in fact an increase of almost 300,000 occurred.
Carney will always lie, expect it. Never trust him or his minions.

Remember those headlines about how, for the first time in Canadian history, our population shrank in 2025? It turns out that never happened.
Two weeks ago, Statistics Canada released new demographic estimates. A national population that it previously believed had fallen by more than 100,000 people in 2025 is now estimated to have increased by nearly 300,000.
This higher count is not the result of a new tally of births, deaths or immigrants arriving. It is almost entirely driven by what the statistical agency says is better information on temporary resident departures. Many of the visa students and visa workers the agency previously assumed had left Canada it now believes did not.

‘Only the beginning’: Anti-immigration group says Ottawans should ‘brace themselves’
For weeks, posters and stickers across Ottawa advertising the anti-immigration group Dominion Society of Canada — which is calling for mass deportations of millions of people — have been generating complaints of racism and white nationalism online, to police and to the city.
But Ottawa police say the posters and stickers reported so far do not constitute hate crimes, and the group’s chair and founder Daniel Tyrie said the recruitment campaign is not going to stop.
It’s only ethnic cleansing when White People stand up for their best interests according to CBC.
The Liberal Government is guilty of ethnic cleansing via its hateful mass immigration policy so the ever reliable CBC runs cover and engages in victim blaming.
This follows Carney’s recent announcement that they have the immigration issue under control so it’s time open the floodgates.
Of course Carney lied about the real immigration numbers.
Canadians do not benefit from mass immigration, Carney will use the influx to juice the GDP numbers while his corporate crony’s profit.
Anyone seeking an end to the Liberal Party’s mass immigration scam is labeled a racist. The same con they have run for decades.
