A Perth-born pediatrician who joined ISIS “can rot in jail” a minister said after it was revealed he was alive despite being thought dead for almost a decade.
Tareq Kamleh, dubbed “Dr Jihad”, joined the Islamist militant group at its peak last decade.
His family and authorities believed he was killed in the bloody Raqqa siege in Syria in 2017.
