A woman has sparked outrage on social media after she was filmed spreading her brother’s ashes into a swimming pool at an Ibiza club.
Sharing a post to her TikTok, the woman appears to be dancing along to the music in a pool filled with others, before appearing to pour a dusty grey powder.
This incident occurred at the popular party venue, Ushuaia.

I stopped buying Girl Scout cookies several years ago when they began their trip to wokeville by supporting abortion, Planned Parenthood-style sexual education, and other LGBTQ agendas. I felt the same way when a few years back the Salvation Army called on Christians to “lament, repent, and apologize for racism.”

There is a new and significant hurdle facing the massively over-budget and contentious Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project running through Alberta and British Columbia.
The Stk’emlúpsemc te Secwépemc, a First Nation in the Interior of B.C., near Kamloops, is disputing a proposed change by Trans Mountain to the pipeline route through an area known as Pípsell.
Really? I’m not sure what upsets me most about this story, the snowflake’s ridiculously delicate sensibilities that raised the issue or the university’s syrupy placating response.

An armed man was arrested at a campaign event for Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in Los Angeles on Friday. He was detained as he approached the candidate by Kennedy’s private security team.
The arrest came before Kennedy delivered his speech to the Hispanic community at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles Friday night. September is Hispanic Heritage Month.

The federal government says it expects the heads of five of Canada’s biggest grocery chains to attend a meeting in Ottawa on Monday to discuss ways to stabilize food prices.
The office of Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne told CBC News it asked the CEOs of Loblaw, Sobeys, Metro, Costco and Walmart to attend in person.
Champagne’s office said it sent out the invitation Thursday afternoon as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was delivering his affordability announcement in London, Ont. at the Liberals’ national caucus retreat.
Taxes have a funny way of being passed down to the consumer but with Frankie Champagne on the case that means the Grocery Barons should walk away with a few billion each.

I just came from U.N. headquarters, where, starting tomorrow, thousands of people from across government, civil society, and business will convene for a conference focused on implementing the organization’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
One of the venues in which they’ll meet is a tent that cost more than $3 million to construct.

… What began as another enclave of folks seeking a low-cost alternative to high San Francisco Bay area housing prices, has turned the Oakland estuary into a pirate’s nest. Rogue live-aboards have been stealing from infrequently visited boats docked in the marina, surrounding businesses, homes, and each other. The situation has become such that the United States Coast Guard has been called in to police the matter.
Amy Ko’s bio reads that is a “Professor at the University of Washington iSchool, where she studies humanity’s individual and collective struggle to understand computing. She believes in an equitable, sustainable, and liberatory future in which everyone has the freedom and resources they need to thrive as themselves. She views uncritical uses of computing as a threat to that future, but believes computing can be reimagined to help achieve it.”
The U.S. Navy confirmed on Tuesday it has discontinued an online recruiting initiative featuring an enlisted drag queen that was aimed at bringing new sailors into the service.
In May, The Daily Caller revealed that the Navy brought on Yeoman 2nd Class Joshua Kelley — an active-duty drag queen who goes by the stage name Harpy Daniels and identifies as non-binary — to be a “Navy Digital Ambassador.” The Digital Ambassador Pilot Program, which ran from October 2022 to March 2023, was reportedly “designed to explore the digital environment to reach a wide range of potential candidates” for military recruitment.
