Twitter suspends Trump ‘From the Desk’ account, despite no link to Team Trump

An account pulled from Twitter for appearing to belong to former President Donald Trump’s newly launched communications platform was not created by the ex-commander-in-chief’s team, The Post has learned.

The 45th president on Tuesday revealed his new website, “From the Desk of Donald J. Trump,” which allows him to provide his thoughts in Twitter-style posts that can then be shared on social media sites from which he has been banned.

Video Celebrating Heroic Muslim for Ramadan ‘in Collaboration with Facebook’ Accused of Fakery

“We are a force for good,” says Nas Daily, the popular Facebook video site that boasts: “With 60 members, we reached 3.2% of the world’s population, 10 billion video impressions, 35 million followers, 100% organic views.” Nas Daily videos tend to be heartwarming and inspiring tales of ordinary people doing extraordinary things, and a video posted Saturday seemed to be more of the same: it profiled a man who adopted eighty children, portraying him as an unalloyed hero.

The Back Story of the CIA’s ‘Woke’ Recruiting Video

“I am a woman of color, I am a mom, I am a cisgender millennial who’s been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder,” explains a 36-year-old woman in a recent CIA recruiting video. “I am intersectional, but my existence is not a box-checking exercise,” she says. Though suffering from “imposter syndrome,” viewers learn, “I did not sneak into the CIA.” Indeed, “My employment was not and is not of a fluke or a slip through the cracks … I am educated, qualified and competent.”

Transgender paedophile once jailed for raping girl, four, attacked prison guard after her razors were removed ‘making her gender dysphoria worse’

Marcia! Marcia! Marcia!

A transgender paedophile attacked a guard after her razors were removed because it ‘made gender dysphoria worse’, a court heard.

Marcia Walker, 47, reacted angrily when officers at HMP Frankland, a Category A men’s prison, objected to her possession of razor blades, Durham Crown Court was told.

The defendant, who was previously known as Mark Walker, was first jailed for 13 years in 2003 for two rapes against girls under 16, one aged four, along with making and distributing indecent photographs of children.

OTTAWA – After a “very long and intense year,” the Liberals are offering their staff a unique event to help them “cope with the stress of the pandemic”: a one hour group virtual yoga session with Sophie Grégoire Trudeau.

“We’ve all heard this before, but this last year has been an intense one!” begins an upbeat email sent by the Liberal Research Bureau (LRB) to all Liberal staffers, including Parliament Hill office and constituency assistants, ministerial staff and employees at the prime minister’s office (PMO) earlier this week.

‘I’m an intersectional cisgender Millennial woman of color’: CIA goes full woke in widely mocked promo video

A recruitment ad for the Central Intelligence Agency featuring a smorgasbord of woke buzzwords has been ruthlessly mocked on social media, with many accusing the spy agency of using ‘diversity’ to airbrush its shady dealings.

The CIA apparently wants Americans to know that despite its history of toppling democratically elected governments and operating torture ‘black sites’, it is still very much an equal opportunity employer.

‘God-fearing Christian village’ hunts for saboteur who fills their free roadside book kiosk with X-rated literature

A free roadside book kiosk in a West Yorkshire village is being filled with X-rated literature, sparking a hunt for the library porn prankster.

The unnamed joker placed the erotic books in a wooden box set up for residents of Cornholme, near Todmorden, to exchange reading material.

However the filthy donations sparked outrage from one villager, who pinned a note onto the green box, which is sat upon a wooden pole next to the village noticeboard, demanding it stop.

Hope it’s not the local reverend.

LILLEY: Evidence shows Mounties kept a copy of the gun registry

When criminal defence lawyer Ed Burlew was sifting through the documents sent over by a Crown prosecutor regarding his client, one jumped out. It was proof that the RCMP had kept a copy of the gun registry despite Parliament ordering it destroyed in 2012.

The long-gun registry was brought into being in 1995 with Bill C-68 but was done away with after the passage of Bill C-19 in 2012.
