Hunter Biden has told the pop star Moby in the first of a two-part podcast interview that the right wing is trying to “kill me” by harassing him to relapse into drug addiction in an effort to sink his father’s presidency.

The day after a second set of criminal charges was filed against the US president’s son, this time for tax issues, the interview had Biden describing his struggles with drug and alcohol addiction after the death of his mother, his sister and most recently his beloved brother Beau, and his pride in getting sober four years ago.

“The hard part, the excruciatingly difficult thing to do, is to maintain that when you are literally the focus of a hatred and an intensity that is both specific and global,” Biden said.

What a puke.

Hunter Biden was indicted Thursday on nine charges — including three felonies — in part for allegedly dodging more than $1 million in taxes while living a hard-partying, “extravagant” life over a four-year period.

The three felonies leveled against President Biden’s 53-year-old son — who faces a maximum penalty of 17 years in prison if convicted on all counts — include one count tax evasion for his 2018 personal taxes and two counts of filing a false return for his 2018 personal taxes and on a corporate income tax return for his company Owasco, PC.

Hunter Biden has been indicted on nine tax-related charges, including three felony counts, according to court documents filed Thursday in a federal court in Los Angeles.

The 56-page court filing laid out a series of charges, including allegations that the president’s son failed to pay taxes, failed to file, evaded an assessment and filed a fraudulent form. The indictment alleges that “rather than pay his taxes, the Defendant spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle.”

Rumors have been swirling for some time suggesting that First Son Hunter Biden has been receiving some significant cash windfalls and other favors from a “sugar brother,” helping to keep him afloat amid his many public troubles. A corporation owned and controlled by Hunter Biden made several direct monthly payments to President Biden beginning in 2018, according to bank records released by the House Oversight Committee on Monday.

The subpoenaed bank records obtained by National Review reveal Owasco PC established a monthly payment of $1,380 to President Biden beginning in September 2018. The committee says the payments establish a direct benefit Biden received from his family’s foreign business dealings, despite Biden’s claims that he has never benefitted from or been involved in his son’s ventures.

After “quietly” waiting for exoneration failed, Hunter Biden is now launching a “counteroffensive” as he faces the prospect of multiple criminal charges, according to an in-depth report on Tuesday.

Politico reported that for years, Biden was “told to cooperate with prosecutors and wait quietly for exoneration,” a strategy “favored by veteran Democrats.”

The Washington Post established itself as the premier public relations partner for the Biden family this weekend in a laughable article that purported to summarize its “review” of Hunter Biden’s career. The left-leaning outlet’s “reporting,” however, instead peddled to Americans a mythical tale that not only moved the goalposts for judging misconduct but whitewashed the entire field of the family’s influence-peddling scheme — details of which now confirm President Biden personally profited from the corruption.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer’s Nov. 8 subpoena of Hunter and James Biden and Special Counsel David Weiss’s Nov. 7 congressional testimony actually forced the networks to — very briefly — break out of their rut of refusing to report on Biden family scandals.

Overwhelming majorities of Americans want to be rid of Presidentish Joe Biden — including half of all Democrats if “charges that Biden’s family had taken more than $30 million in payments from overseas governments and corporations proved true.”

The Metropolitan Police Department and Secret Service are investigating an agent-involved shooting after possibly three individuals attempted to break into a government car outside the Georgetown home of President Joe Biden’s granddaughter, Naomi Biden, according to sources familiar with the situation.

While a Secret Service spokesperson didn’t identify the protectee, he said Sunday night just before midnight in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., Secret Service agents encountered possibly three individuals breaking a window on a parked and unoccupied government vehicle.

People have been sympathetic and indulgent toward Hunter Biden all his life — and maybe that’s part of his problem.

Only a heart of stone could fail to ache for the little injured boy who lost his mother and baby sister in a car accident, who was used as a wan, bandaged prop by his power-hungry father for a campaign photograph at his hospital bedside that has underpinned Joe Biden’s political career ever since.

But at 53, it’s time to grow up.
