OTTAWA – Despite a Democrat sweep in the U.S. midterms on Tuesday evening, Canada-U.S. Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc said it won’t change Canada’s focus or approach to trade talks with the U.S. administration.
“We obviously want to congratulate the women and men who are elected to the United States Congress, many interesting races at the state level as well,” LeBlanc told reporters on his way into a caucus meeting on Wednesday.
Their focus is have China and the EU as co-rapists.
