A woman has been arrested after police say her two dogs attacked a person and their dog near a midtown Toronto park on Thursday.
Police say they were notified Saturday after receiving reports of the attack, which took place at a park near Avenue Road and Roxborough Street.
The victim was walking their dog near an off-leash fenced area of the park when the suspect’s two dogs escaped the enclosure, police said.
