The royal hypocrisy of our eco-warrior prince

Charles is in no position to lecture the proles about our carbon footprints.

It’s not just Harry and Meghan who are doing deals with US streaming services. At the weekend, it was announced that the heir to the throne himself, Prince Charles, is ‘curating’ a channel on Amazon Prime called RE:TV. It’s unclear quite how much involvement Charlie really has, but the channel is being promoted as his baby.

Secret document Virginia Roberts signed in 2009 to resolve civil case she brought against Jeffrey Epstein ‘will not save Prince Andrew from court’

The legal settlement Prince Andrew hopes will get his sex assault case dismissed will not protect him from a lawsuit filed by his accuser Virginia Roberts, two sources have told the Mail.

Lawyers for the Duke of York have asked to see a secret document signed in 2009 by Miss Roberts to resolve a civil case she brought against Jeffrey Epstein, claiming it will release the Queen’s second son from liability for her claims.

But two people close to the case insist the confidential agreement does not apply to him, dealing a potentially major blow to Andrew’s chances of avoiding a courtroom showdown over her claims.

A Little Good News: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could ‘fade into obscurity’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle risk becoming ‘bit players’ like Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson and could ‘fade into obscurity’

A filmmaker with ties to the royal family has claimed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle risk fading into obscurity – in a similar fashion to Edward and Mrs Simpson.

Nick Bullen, CEO of True Royalty TV, drew comparisons between Prince Harry and his great-great uncle Edward VIII, who abdicated the throne in 1936 and wrote a royal tell-all memoir years later.

Prince Harry is set to release his own book lifting the lid on his life in the royal family next year.

I expect they will fade away, Harry is rapidly exhausting his social capital and frankly people just don’t much care for Markle.

Prince Charles warns UK bosses: ‘Go green or we are done for’ in his most powerful intervention to date in the fight against climate change, as he calls for business leaders to join the ‘epic battle’ to avert ‘catastrophe’

Prince Charles today makes his most powerful intervention to date in the fight against climate change, telling Britain’s business leaders they must help, or the planet is ‘done for’.

Drawing emotionally on his family connections to wildfire-racked Greece, the prince issues a robust challenge to big business to join his crusade for action ‘before it’s finally too late’.

The heir to the throne says that humanity’s ‘only hope’ is for business chiefs to join world leaders in an ‘epic battle’ to avert ‘climate catastrophe’.

He’s gonna be a real popular Welfare King. Not sure they’ll be much need for William.
