The highest officials within the CIA signed off on the politically-charged public statement released by 51 former intelligence officials weeks before the 2020 election, newly obtained internal CIA emails and testimonial evidence show.

The signatories, some of whom were on the CIA payroll at the time, had asserted that the vile and incriminating contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop had “all the hallmarks” of Russian disinformation. Both the Biden campaign and the corporate media used the bogus statement to blunt a potentially explosive scandal that could have ended Biden’s bid for the presidency, if reported on accurately.

Hunter Biden became the first child of a sitting president to be convicted of a crime Tuesday after a federal jury found him guilty of lying about his drug use in order to buy a gun.

The panel of six men and six women deliberated for three hours across two days before convicting the 54-year-old of making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm, making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federally licensed firearms dealer, and possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of or addict to a controlled substance.

Wilmington, Del. – Hunter Biden’s legal team rested its case in his felony gun trial on Monday without the first son taking the stand in his own defense.

Hunter’s lawyer Abbe Lowell on Friday left open the possibility of Hunter testifying, but ultimately opted against the high-risk maneuver. Lowell declined to call any witnesses on Monday after two gun-store employees and Hunter’s daughter Naomi testified on his behalf on Friday.

With part of the laptop’s content deemed credible, there could be enough evidence to convict the Bidens.

FBI Agent Erika Jensen testified this week in Hunter Biden’s trial in which the president’s son is charged with falsifying a gun purchase form, saying that he wasn’t addicted to drugs.

According to a variety of news reports, Jensen testified to the authenticity of the infamous Hunter Biden laptop which she said contained evidence of Hunter’s drug and gun purchases.

I don’t doubt that Hunter’s oldest daughter, Naomi, hoped to help her father convince jurors that he wasn’t using drugs when he bought a gun in 2018 and lied a federal form by swearing he wasn’t a drug user. I’m sure Hunter’s legal team thought it was a great idea too. And why not? Who better than his adult daughter to make him appear more sympathetic, right? Well, it turned out to be a gross miscalculation.

The prosecution rested on Friday in Hunter Biden’s gun trial with the defense now scheduled to bring witnesses to the stand. The trial will likely conclude next week.
