WASHINGTON, D.C. — As U.S. midterm elections loomed over the weekend, Prime Minister Mark Carney and President Donald Trump spoke and publicly suggested that trade talks could restart soon.
Carney said the two countries “will now be working in the coming weeks to deliver that outcome.”
