“Trump’s hatred for Canada has permanently damaged world’s best trade relationship.”
So reads a Saturday headline in the Edmonton Journal. It isn’t surprising, given the president’s penchant for belittling Canada by referring to Prime Minister Mark Carney as the “governor” and the country as our “51st state.”
