Prime Minister Mark Carney is making the case for a united Canada as Albertans prepare to vote in a referendum on the province’s place in Confederation.
In a video posted online on Monday, Mr. Carney said Albertans helped build Canada, and he raised concerns about uncertainty linked to the sovereignty vote.
Mark Carney delivered a Thanksgiving message aimed at independence movement giving examples how confederation works with projects being built in Alberta;
> Thousands of new homes.
> High speed rail.
> New pipeline.Except it isn’t exactly true.
Federal government interfering in municipal housing policies is unacceptable.
We aren’t building high speed rail or a new pipeline. We are just keep talking about them and there isn’t even a conversation to approve anything.Carney forgot to mention that he is brining Alberta substantially higher carbon taxes, uneconomical project requirements such as the carbon capture and unvetted mass immigration that drove our costs and drove crime up.
