How do you get to the point where the cops and the auditor general are being called in to deal with problems in the Ontario Student Assistance Program?
That’s a good question to ask after Nolan Quinn, the province’s Minister of Colleges and Universities, announced on Tuesday that it was happening. It came after internal investigations that started two years ago kept revealing bigger and bigger problems.
WTF?
