In a hate-filled climate, Canadian Jews are weighing their options. Tulsa is welcoming them with open arms

Michael Sachs pulled into the synagogue parking lot in his GMC Sierra Elevation, took off his Stetson and picked up his transparent tallit bag, containing his Jewish prayer shawl. On his way into B’nai Emunah, also called “The Synagogue,” he fist-bumped the armed security guard, and once inside, replaced the cowboy hat with a kippa.
