Immigration officials are cautioning Canadians and permanent residents about marriage scams following reports of rising “cheating bride” cases in India.
In a social media post Monday, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada warned residents to be wary about marrying someone and sponsoring them to move to Canada.
