In 1995, Colleen Slemmer was lured out into the woods, slashed all over her body and beaten to death. The killer called herself ‘Lil Devil’, kept a piece of the murdered woman’s skull as a trophy and a pentagram was carved into the dead woman’s chest. As long as the killer lives, that piece of skull remains evidence and cannot be returned to the victim’s mother and buried.
