Shocking bodycam footage captured the moment two attention-hungry twerps who made out on the Empire State Building’s antenna — and then got engaged — were caught scaling the landmark.
Video shows officers reaching the antenna and promptly taking Angela Nikolau, 33, and Ivan Kuznetsov, 32, into custody shortly after he popped the question while more than 1,000 feet in the air.
