Toronto police issue over 300 tickets to riders of micro-mobility devices, over 1,200 for vehicles parked in bike lanes

Toronto police say they have issued more than 1,200 tickets for vehicles parked in bike lanes and more than 300 tickets to micro-mobility device riders in a two-week educational blitz.

In a press release Monday, Toronto police announced the results of a two-week city campaign focusing on education for riders of e-scooters, e-bikes and other micro-mobility devices.

The campaign ran from Aug. 10 to Aug. 24
