George Soros: Cartoon Villain?

Most American voters have a negative opinion of liberal billionaire George Soros, and nearly half agree with Elon Musk’s words comparing Soros to a comic-book villain.

A new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports and Ron Coleman’s ColemanNation podcast finds that only 24% of Likely U.S. voters have a favorable impression of Soros, including just 10% with a Very Favorable opinion. Fifty-one percent (51%) view Soros unfavorably, including 39% with a Very Unfavorable impression of the Hungarian-born financier. Another 25% are undecided.

Soros, antisemitism and the progressive assault on language

One of the key characteristics of our difficult times is the way in which the progressive left has hijacked language. Among other things, progressives have seized the language of bigotry to demonize non-progressives as bigots while engaging in and promoting bigotry themselves.

“Antisemitism” is one of the key terms that has been hijacked. This week, we saw a number of demonstrations of its exploitation at the hands of progressives to demonize those they deem a threat to their political and cultural power.

Elon Musk compares George Soros to X-Men villain Magneto who ‘hates humanity’

Elon Musk scornfully compared George Soros to the X-Men supervillain Magneto after the billionaire Democratic donor disclosed he had dumped a massive trove of Tesla stock.

Musk went on to claim that Soros “hates humanity.”

The 92-year-old, Hungarian-born billionaire heads the Open Society Foundations and has frequently drawn the ire of conservatives for his support of progressive causes.

George Soros in talks to buy out Vice Media from the brink of bankruptcy for $400 million – down from $5.7 billion valuation in 2017

Vice Media could be saved from bankruptcy by a consortium of investors that includes George Soros’s fund and Fortress – already a significant shareholder.

The deal would value Vice at $400 million, The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday – a far cry from the $5.7 billion valuation of 2017.

George Soros’ army of lieutenants get easy access to Biden White House

Far-left billionaire George Soros has a legion of loyal lieutenants who’ve racked up over two dozen meetings with top officials at the White House since President Biden took office, The Post has learned.

The progressive kingmaker’s unrivaled access into the Biden administration extends well beyond his 37-year-old son Alexander, who chairs the powerful, liberal grant-making network Open Society Foundations founded by his dad, and as The Post reported on Page 1 last week, has taken on the role of a de-facto White House “ambassador” by making at least 14 visits there.

The Indoctrinators, Part 1: George Soros

The world is a far darker place than it was three years ago. Besides the treachery of politicians and the foolishness of millions, much blame for this New Dark Age and feudal system to match falls on four well-known men whose purposeful social engineering over the years has undermined national democracies and economies, and created fertile ground for the final realisation of their post democracy dream of a global socialist/fascist world, controlled by supranational organisations such as the United Nations (UN), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and of course, themselves.

Their names are well known. George Soros (the subject of today’s article), Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates have exploited the anti-science, authoritarian Covid-19 policies of lockdowns and mandatory vaccinations to further their malign ambitions. Their shared justification is ‘climate change’, possibly the most successful hoax in history thanks to the saintly status of the fourth Indoctrinator, David Attenborough.

Ultra-rich have influence over our government . . . no, not that one

US media went ballistic over Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ until-now-unreported vacationing courtesy of his host, longtime family friend, GOP megadonor and Texas real-estate billionaire Harlan Crow.

But that reminds us again of how little the press takes note of the influence of a far more consequential multibillionaire, George Soros.

For what it’s worth, Thomas explains that the rules didn’t require him to disclose those trips until recently, and he will going forward.

Texas AG Blasts ‘Soros-Backed‘ Travis County DA After Soldier‘s Shooting Conviction

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton blasted Travis County District Attorney José Garza who he described as a “Soros-backed” prosecutor. The attack on the district attorney followed the conviction by a local jury of Army Sergeant Daniel Perry in connection to the shooting death of a Black Lives Matter armed protester in July 2020. Sgt. Perry claimed self-defense in the case.

Son of George Soros scoring easy White House access, records show

A son of billionaire George Soros has quietly become a de-facto White House “ambassador,” making at least 14 visits there on behalf of the far-left kingmaker since President Joe Biden took office, records reviewed by The Post show.

Alexander Soros — a prolific Democratic fundraiser in his own right who likes to boast about his relationships with world leaders on social media — scored at least a dozen meetings with White House officials in 2022, according to recently updated White House visitor logs. Soros, 37, also participated in two other confabs there in late 2021, the records show.

WaPo ‘Fact-Checker’ Humiliated After Smearing Criticism Of Soros-Backed DA As ‘Antisemitism’

The fact-checker got fact-checked, and it didn’t end well for him.

The Washington Post’s Glenn Kessler frequently manages to make himself the story, often due to his not-so-subtle left-wing partisan bent. It was on full display over his handling of accurate portrayals of billionaire George Soros backing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. And it was so egregious he was hit with two community notes on Twitter for his misleading spin.

Left Smears Ron DeSantis For Pointing Out The Truth About George Soros

After the indictment of Donald Trump finally fell, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis attacked the transparently partisan and “un-American” nature of a D.A. going after a presidential candidate with rickety 7-year-old campaign finance charges, noting that Alvin Bragg is a “Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney.”

That last bit is indisputably true. DeSantis didn’t contend that Bragg was “bought” or “under the thumb” of Soros — even though either would be completely within the norms of modern political rhetoric. He simply asserted that Bragg was “Soros-backed.”

A St. Louis car accident shows just how vile leftist criminal justice policies are

When people ask me whether elections in big Democrat cities are honest, I answer that I hope they’re fixed because, if they’re not, that means that those cities’ residents, surrounded by failure and decay, keep voting for more of the same. One of those “more of the same” trends in leftist cities has been to vote in hard-left Soros-funded prosecutors who refuse to prosecute criminals. Kimberly Gardner, in St. Louis, Missouri, is one such prosecutor, and she’s being charged with responsibility for the fact that a teenager heading to college on an athletic scholarship is now a double amputee, having lost her legs to a violent career criminal.
