LOS ANGELES — The Federal Bureau of Investigation on Monday added Satinderjeet Singh, known as “Goldy Brar,” to its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list and announced a $1 million reward for information leading to his capture. The agency said Singh and the imprisoned gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi are charged with ordering the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey, British Columbia.
