Police say two suspects, one of whom is 15 years old, have been arrested following a second shooting at the U.S. Consulate in downtown Toronto.
Chief Myron Demkiw said the suspects, who have not yet been named, are facing several charges, including failing to comply with court-ordered release conditions, in connection with the July 27 shooting. The U.S. Consulate was previously shot at on March 10.
