A deadly shooting that killed three people in Seattle broke out after rival gang members started firing at each other, sources claimed.
Families were sent running for their lives after gunfire broke out at the Seattle Center on Sunday night as a food festival got underway in the city.
Sources said that the shooting was targeted and potentially gang-related, according to local independent journalist Jonathan Choe.
