A 615-page report was recently released, written by an adviser to President Emmanuel Macron, Hakim El Karoui, who is in charge of designing the new institutions of an “Islam of France.” The report defines Islamism as an “ideology totally distinct from Islam” and also never addresses the links between Islamism and terrorism. The report also insists on the urgent need to spread “true Islam” in France and adopt the teaching of Arabic in public high schools.

To mark anniversary of London Bridge jihad attacks, London Cathedral hosts Ramadan service, iftar

The Cathedral will look absolutely smashing with minarets.

London’s Southwark Cathedral hosted its second annual “Grand Iftar Service” on Sunday evening, marking the anniversary of the London Bridge terror attack last year. In addition to the 11 a.m. Eucharist service, the church also held a 3 p.m. Service of Commemoration for the attack, and an 8 p.m. service to celebrate the Muslim service.

Swedish Political Commentator Interrogated by Police over Sharia Law Satire Facebook Post

Mr. Sjunnesson was interrogated by police late last week after he posted a photo on Facebook depicting two fictional book covers that satirised elements of sharia law. One of the fake book covers depicted two Muslim men whipping another man, a punishment prescribed under sharia, with the title “With grandfather at work”.

Marvel Confirms First Muslim Superhero

One character yet to be introduced via the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the Muslim superhero Ms Marvel.

But it seems that now is the time – or at least, it will be soon.

The man behind the movies – producer and President of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige – has teased to the BBC that the story writers are gearing up to introduce Ms Marvel in the near future.

So do we get a Christian superhero? Charles Martel, maybe?
