SORRY NOT SORRY: Yes, I’m Canadian, but I will never apologize for being a hunter

There are many things to love about Canada. Of course, maple syrup, flannel, hockey, and poutine to name a few. But also, the beautiful wilderness and amazing landscapes that offer endless outdoor activities, and the lakes, rivers and rugged coastlines that are prime fishing grounds. There is something for all adventure and outdoor seekers.

Ontario is home to about 100,000 moose, 105,000 black bears, 100,000 turkeys and a vast variety of other wildlife.

Canadian residents were asked to rate hunting in terms of their other leisure time activities, survey respondents ranked hunting 8.5 out of 10.
