Woman, 20, is charged with supporting ISIS after she tried to recruit cyber supporters on a website that published ‘kill lists’ on behalf of the terror group

A 20-year-old woman has been charged with supporting ISIS after she tried to recruit cyber supporters to an online group that published ‘kill lists’ on behalf of the terror group.

Kim Anh Vo, 20, was arrested in Hephzibah, Georgia, on charges of conspiring to provide material support to a terrorist organization after she tried to recruit cyber supporters to a website used by ISIS.

The FBI said in court filings that Vo joined the online group called the United Cyber Caliphate that spread propaganda on behalf of the Islamic State group and called on supporters to kill thousands of Americans in so-called lone wolf attacks.
