Pretrial hearing begins for accused Somali “refugee” in 2017 Edmonton vehicle Jihad attacks which had nothing to do with Islam… of course

A man accused of running down five people — including a city police officer — during a pair of vehicle attacks in Edmonton was in court Monday for the start of a pretrial hearing.

Abdulahi Hasan Sharif, 32, is accused of 11 offences include five counts of attempted murder in connection with two vehicle attacks in Edmonton on Sept. 30, 2017.

Sharif is accused of striking police Const. Mike Chernyk with a car outside a CFL football game and attacking him with a knife, before allegedly driving a U-Haul truck through downtown Edmonton striking pedestrians.
