ISIS Bataclan attack influenced German who killed two by ramming his van into a cafe in Münster

Police presence outside Jens Rutter’s home in Munster, Germany on April 08 2018. April 07, Jens Rutter, 48, drove a minivan in to a crowd of people outside the Kleiner Kiepenkerl restaurant, killing two, before killing himself.

The German killer who caused carnage by ramming his van into a cafe in Münster was a heavy metal fanatic who had been ‘badly affected’ by narrowly missing the attacks on the Bataclan in Paris in 2015, MailOnline can reveal.

Interior designer and bodybuilder Jens Ruther, 48, killed two in the attack before shooting himself. He had told friends of his ‘shock’ that he had attended a concert at the Bataclan shortly before the ISIS atrocity that left 89 dead.
