Legal gun owners get caught in another Liberal stickup

Earlier this week, the federal Liberal government introduced its long-anticipated amendments to Canada’s firearms legislation. Bill C-71, An Act to amend certain Acts and Regulations in relation to firearms, is remarkably consistent with the laundry list of items outlined in the “Guns” portion of the Liberal Party’s 2015 election platform.

That is with the exception of its heading, “We will take action to get handguns and assault weapons off our streets.”
