Ontario Tory leadership hopefuls hit hustings amid a ‘tight race’

Ontario Progressive Conservative leadership candidates spent their Sunday scattered around the province, seeking support for their bids just days before party members are to begin voting.

Former Ontario Tory leader Patrick Brown tweeted pictures of a visit to a Coptic Orthodox cathedral in Markham; businessman and ex-Toronto city councillor Doug Ford made campaign stops in Brantford and London; and lawyer Caroline Mulroney held a rally in Brampton, telling the crowd that she needed their vote.
