Some events are so boring, watching grass grow would give them a run for their money. The summer games are the glamour games, but even there, outside of some track events, most Americans can take them or leave them. More.
Reality check: We were willing to put up with boringness when the basic idea seemed good. Could watching necrotic media slaver over North Korea have been the tipping point where we asked, why?
