O.J. Simpson to sue ‘racist’ Las Vegas’ Cosmopolitan Hotel for $100million after it banned him for being drunk and disruptive

O.J. Simpson is stepping on the other side of the courtroom, threatening to sue a Las Vegas hotel and casino for $100million.

In a letter to the Cosmopolitan Hotel announcing an intent to sue, Simpson’s lawyer – Malcolm Lavergne – stated that the hotel acted ‘with malice and racial prejudice.’

The hotel alleged that on November 9, the infamous football legend was drunk and disruptive. Not only did Cosmopolitan issue a trespass notice to Simpson but they also banned him from returning to the casino.
