Ex-Muslims to Pope: Islam Not a Religion of Peace

“‬If‭ ‬Islam is in itself a good religion,‭ ‬as you seem to teach,‭ ‬why did we become Catholic‭?”

DETROIT (ChurchMilitant.com) – A group of ex-Muslim converts to Catholicism are criticizing Pope Francis’ approach to Islam. In an open letter to the Holy Father recently published online, the former Muslims say the pope’s teaching on Islam as it appears in the apostolic exhortation ‬Evangelii Gaudium (EG) implies that Islam is a good religion in itself.

“‬If‭ ‬Islam is in itself a good religion,‭ ‬as you seem to teach,‭ ‬why did we become Catholic‭?” they ask. “‬Do not your words question the goodness of the choice we made‭ ‬…‭ ‬at the risk of our lives‭?”

What does it say? I don’t have the manual and have no intention of buying a copy.

      • “The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger …”

As a point of theology, one cannot accept it.

        • Linda1000

Oh, I see, not the Son of God but only a messenger or prophet in islam just like Moh’d.

          • These guys would rather eat crushed glass than let a Jew be their saviour.

In Islam, Mohammad practically is a god.

Those pesky ex-Muslims must be such a challenge for the Left and their media shills, it’s so much more difficult to smear them as “Islamophobic”.

    • It will be like smearing black conservatives.

    • Alain

No, they still manage to smear them as “islamophobic”.

Pope evil-ta is a bottom the food chain dullard foot washing marxist who was selected to rule by smarter marxists and their useful idiot outriders.

  • ECM

With this guy, the question: “is the Pope Catholic”, isn’t quite as rhetorical as one might immediately surmise.
