Former IDF soldier convicted of trying to join Islamic State

A Belarusian-Israeli convert to Islam was convicted Wednesday of attempting to join the Islamic State terrorist group in Syria.

Valentin Vladmir Mazlevski, 40, who was arrested nearly a year ago while trying to travel to Syria via Turkey, was convicted by the Nazareth District Court of contact with a foreign agent, attempting to travel to an enemy country and obstruction of justice.

Things really went to Hell when we stopped executing traitors…

They should have let him go. I’m pretty sure since he’s a Jew even a converted one, he would have been met with open arms by his new Islamic play pals and immediately tossed off the tallest building in the area. No muss no fuss no problem with him coming back and showing just how big an asshole he really is.

He may not be Jewish. I recall when there was an influx of Russian refugees arriving in Israel, they discovered later that many of them had claimed to be Jewish in order to escape the Soviet Union. Of course I cannot say for certain that he is one of the impostors or not.

As a side note, it is interesting the number of gingers who convert to Islam. At least I note a certain pattern, but I don’t know why it should be so.

There could be no greater form of deception for a Jew to convert to Islam. This is considering that the Quran calls for the death not conversion of Jews. If Malveski were ever given the chance to meet up with his ISIS comrades I do believe they would pretend to be his friend until they find the convenient time to kill him like from this scene from the Sopranos.

This is the second Ginger in 2 weeks. Milo was right that they have a near 90% risk to terrorism when they convert .
