Time to Deport New Jersey’s Genocidal Imam

Aymen Elkasaby, the extremist imam at a New Jersey mosque (now suspended) who called for genocideagainst the Jews in a December 8th sermon, appears to be in America on a temporary work visa.

Elkasaby repaid the American hospitality he received by calling on all Muslims to engage in violence against Jews, as a religious obligation. And this was not his only foray into frothing bigotry.

I’m sure he would be welcome to guest speak at any Toronto mosque. They love that kill the filthy Jew and Christian stuff. Diversity is our strength!

    • It’s simple. We already have criminal enterprise statutes. Islam is a (cult) criminal enterprise.

American RICO statutes (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) were intended to go after the mafia. The acts of Islamic mullahs and jihadis clearly falls into the same pattern as the mafia. The only difference being, Islam’s claim of an oddball form of “religious legitimacy”.

The US should use the RICO statutes to, declare Islam, a criminal enterprise. Then close Islam down as it presently exists in the US.

RICO allows the government to follow crime and money. Then, arrest all, and confiscate anything in its path.

You can be sure the movement of money for jihad is widespread. You can be sure the incitement and communication between mullahs and mosques is wide spread. You can also be sure there is foreign involvement. The RICO statutes were made just for this type of activity.

Use a small army of CPAs and attorneys to investigate every jihad attack. Follow 100% of the money back to its source. Track anyone involved, in any way. Then use the RICO statutes to jail, confiscated, and shut down all involved. That includes:

M1 – Shutting down mosques involved in any jihad attack.
      M2 – Arrest mullahs involved.
M3 – Follow, and confiscate, all jihad money back to its source.

I’m pretty sure the First Amendment doesn’t include incitement to murder, even in New Jersey.

    • Watchman

He would, if pressed, say that he doesn’t believe in unprovoked violence and believes only in legitimate self-defence, and that he is only quoting what is in the Qur’an, Ahadith and Sunnah and he has no ability to change what is there. He would claim that the 1st amendment allows him to freely quote his holy books and if they were to ban this in the US they would have to ban the Christian Bible since the Old Testament contains similar violence description.

All technically true, but decidedly misleading. Muslims believe that preventing the full practice of islam, including Shari’a law is repression of their religion and that allow ‘self-defence’ against that claimed repression. Just because some admonishment in your holy text to commit some act of violence does not make it protected by the 1st Amendment. The Old Testament is descriptive rather than proscriptive in its description of violence and is more a historical record of a previous covenant with God, instead of a requirement for all believers to follow forever like the Qur’an is.
