Hook-handed Muslim hate preacher Abu Hamza yearns for comforts of British prisons over tough conditions in US ‘Supermax’ jails’

Abu Hamza – hero to satanic death cult

Hook-handed hate preacher Abu Hamza has had enough of the US ‘Supermax’ prison where he spends 23 hours a day in his cell and would go back to a British one ‘in a second’.

The former imam of north London’s Finsbury Park mosque has registered an appeal against his incarceration at the high security Colorado prison ADX Florence.

The convicted hate preacher, 59, claims his conditions at the prison are a breach of his human rights under Article 3 of the European Convention, which protects people from ‘inhuman and degrading treatment’.

    I have proposed this on a few occasions in the past to varying degrees of acceptance, we should institute the “Abridged Prisoner Bill of Rights”. It would comprise only 3 lines;
1- We will not kill you while serving your sentence. Not intentionally anyway.
2- You will get water and 3 squares a day.
3- We will release you at the end of your full sentence.

No TVs, no exercise equipment, no special meals, no religious accommodation, etc.
Inmates chose to break the social contract with civilized society, I don’t see why the rest of society should be held to its side of the bargain. The “deterrence doesn’t work” proponents will probably pipe up but I’d be willing to give it another try.

You’re advocating going back to incarceration’s original purpose: punishment, not rehabilitation. When we turned that corner, many years ago, we lost one of our best weapons for deterrence and, especially, recidivism–now imprisonment is just another, absurd, legacy of various ‘progressive’ forces throughout the years.

There’s a confusion of criminals with sinners.

Agreed. The punishment / rehabilitation pendulum swung left a long while ago and there is no sign of it swinging back right, or even to center anytime soon.
I’m not advocating for work camps but I remember, as a young man, reading in the GBO (Government Business Opportunities, a monthly magazine publishing requests for tender for services and supplies for various government departments) a request for cabling a correctional facility in BC, Nanaimo if I recall, for cable TV to the tune of $300K. This, at a time I did not have cable TV because I could not afford it.
Life inside should come with none of the perks life outside brings.

        • ECM

Even worse, depending on where you’re stationed in the military, you have far *less* perks than those that are under incarceration–if that isn’t an argument for stripping bennies from prisoners, I don’t know what is.

      Just one minor addition:
0- If you get caught red-handed, you’ll be summarily executed, no exceptions.

The method of execution should be as abhorrent to Muslims as their executions are abhorrent to us.

“a breach of his human rights under Article 3 of the European Convention”
You’re not in Europe now, Hooky.

He is so stunned, even his wishes are stupid. He should be wishing for fleeing to Canada and collecting 10 million dollars.

Put a bullet in his head, then he won’t have anything to complain about anymore. It is the environmentally friendly solution.

  • DMB

Sorry Abu Hamza but you have repeatedly claimed that western law does not apply to you and that you only go by Sharia Law. You can not automatically claim that your Human Rights are being violated by some obscure article in the European Convention. You can’t have it both ways!

Why doesn’t Britain have a Supermax prison for its growing population of islam criminals?
