Pro-Trump students booted from ‘safe space’ coffee shop

How safe are “safe spaces” on campus? At Fordham University, some “safe spaces” are safer than others – at least, for some people.

So, a baker is forced to make a cake against his religious beliefs, but someone cannot patronize a cafe because of the operator’s political beliefs. Where is the tolerance here?

Political groups are not deemed a “protected class”, nor should they be, as this is a double-edged sword, and the leftists already hold the education and MSM forts.

It really need more trolling. Someone should go in there with a red cap, very similar to the MAGA caps, but with the wording, “Make Africa Great Again” and see if they get kicked out of this ‘safe space’. If so, then they need to move on to more bizarre captions like, “Make Cheese Grate Again”, or “Make Che Great Again” and see the reaction.

How ’bout “Make Americium Great Again” !

Then when they try to kick you out you can say, “What do you have against the Periodic Table of Elements?”

I don’t get the ‘booted’ part. By cops? Because unless they were being arrested they don’t have to leave.

    • Maybe Campus Police — they can be a-holes. I went back to my old campus to get a copy of my diploma, apparently an old sjw recognized me (he works as a freakin janitor there now!), falsely reported me to CP and they followed me around the entire time (plus I had a camouflage backpack which is always a trigger to these nitwits). I was standing outside having a smoke trying to re-orient myself to which building I needed to go to, and they just sat there staring at me, watching. I walked up to them and said, “what, am I smoking in a prohibited area?” “No, you can smoke there”. “Okay then, what’s up?” No answer — they just sat staring, and when I finally found the right building and office, they must have notified reception, because they were very nervous and unfriendly — not the way I remember my University.

That’s not the way you’re supposed to treat a mature alumnus — if I ever come into money I would never consider donating, no way I was going to give them my address for the alumni mailing list either.

Just another example of the Left showing their true colours. In her defence, I would have to say that her actions show a very thorough understanding of the true nature and purpose of “safe spaces”. She is simply behaving accordingly.

What makes it worse is that it’s an on-campus cafe and not an off-campus truly-private business. (Not that it is okay at least not since what? 1965.)
