Are lunatics in charge of our schools?

“…A friend of mine who is a kindergarten teacher in the Toronto District School Board was telling me about four year olds who refuse to go back into the school after recess.

So the principal has to stand outside in the yard with the child until the child decides to go in.”

    Ship those kids to Gillam.

      Not far enough north.

    Ask Ben Levin.

And this nonsense will continue as long as universities are run by lefty social justice ideologues. Look at, as overdue as it was, how a large part of the news coverage of Lindsay Shepherd’s maoist struggle session was about HOW it was conducted and not about WHY it occurred at all.

The smart ones are the ones who refuse to go back in. Our education system is a glorified daycare system, all the way through to adulthood.

    • Watchman

…and a low quality daycare centre at that. Children learning nothing and kept from harming themselves and others would be preferable to what these education centres are now.

Maybe they just don’t want to attend the trannie session.

I was thinking of college, but then I figured I could just get by in life on my looks.

I knew I never wanted to live in a shithole like Sturgeon Falls again and figured a university degree would ensure that. I never guessed how primary a role my physical appearance would play. 😉

They are creating little SJWs that’s all. Giving kids an education is not the goal anymore. They want to create people indoctrinated like themselves. This will be “1984” on steroids. There will be a totalitarian government before you know it. I bet the teachers etc. will try to run the show. The question is are they ruthless enough to carry it off.

In case you haven’t noticed; They already do run the show.

      • dukestreet

That would be true if the teacher in charge of Canada was actually a real teacher but since he was a part time drama teacher, I don’t think he can be considered a verified teacher with any experience. As far as I’m concerned he’s an all around faker.

    “Are lunatics in charge”

Of course they are and have been for quite some time. What is even worse these days is the supervisors supervisors are mad also.

  • Shebel

This is nuts. Grab the little fucker by the ear, drag him in to school and then have the rest of kids beat the shit out of him.
A good lesson will be learned by all.

I agree how the schools respond to bad behaviour is ridiculous but they’re not going to drag the kid into the classroom because they don’t want to be sued. A better solution and what they did when my kids went to school was to call the parents everytime there was a problem and make them come and pick the
child up. After a few phone calls if the kid didn’t shape up and he was incorrigible then the parents were told to find a more “suitable” school.

That’s a military idea. If you screw up,punish the platoon. The platoon will take care of you after hours.

Ah educational apparatchiki, from the state education department lawyers to the worst of the teachers: can’t we just wish ’em away into the cornfield?

When I was growing up in rural Ontario, I have fond memories of a beloved old woman teacher who smashed yard sticks over kids heads. They would then be taken to the principles office where he made you wait while he decided which leather strap to use.

At my school one teacher used to get boys to bend over then press the cane against them to get them to shuffle forward until their head was under the teacher’s desk. Then when he whacked them they’d jerk their head up against the underside of the desk.

        I love it.
