Canadian Cop Smacks The Life Out Of 12 Year Old

The results of telling a cop to suck a dick.

Disagree that a professional should be allowed to hit someone for what they say when in fact the very same professional will gleefu7lly use violence against a citizen for doing the very same thing. I actually think the cop should be charged with – at minimum – assault and or possibly child abuse; kinda like teaching anit-fascism by using violent fascism.

    • Justin St.Denis

This kid’s shit-talk amounted to “resisting” the officer under the circumstances…..

      • Uncommunist

I for one, do not place police, lawyers, judges, social workers, doctors, feminists, Conservatives or even odsp antifa fascists above the law – ever.

        • Justin St.Denis

Precisely. Nor are sociopathic 12-year-old children resisting arrest by LEOs “above the law”. Parents should take note.

          • Uncommunist

Do you have any idea how many kids are treated by so-called ‘good cops’ ?

        • ntt1

wow you are a treasure we should have you bronzed, …so much virtue ..

          • Uncommunist

I would prefer a marble statue, thank-you … If this kid was a sociopath … If this kid was a ‘sociopath’ as theorized, the parent would have been
arrested, convicted and sentenced to a prison/goal of oh … something like … sexual assaults –
that never ever took place. Secondly, if a cop or anyone else says something I find offensive, does
that mean I can react however which way I want due to ‘justified’
violence ? Not for anything less than a direct threat to life.

      • Raymond Hietapakka

I “shit-talked” some cops with my knowledge of Sir Robert Peel one day…they found it hard to believe I knew more than they did when I started with hate-facting them over Peel’s 3rd Principle….they wound up saying to me…”You read too much.”

        • I was reading around on a blog on the subject of “Cops: Heros? Thugs? etc.” Some self-identified cops in the comments were going on about how “civilians” can’t understand anything about policing and shouldn’t presume to have any opinions about it, and how police misconduct should only ever be investigated by the police and officers only ever tried by all-police juries.

“Civilians”, no less. It’s a fair guess that these guys were not big on Robert Peel.

    • Aha

Let’s devil’s advocate. Let’s suppose a law that a cop may hit a child for what they say. Which words are the whitelisted ones, which words will we whitelist, and which words have we already whitelisted, which words is it impossible to whitelist, which words are necessary to whitelist and where, when why; how do we go about identifying, owning, naming, differentiating, representing, describing, depicting, illustrating, modeling, simulating, synthesizing, replicating, relating, connecting, associating, combining, merging, integrating, unifying, organizing, classifying, indexing, locating, addressing, positioning, routing, maintaining, storing, retrieving, finding, sharing, improving, sequencing, instructing, operating, manipulating, and controlling whitelists in databases distributed through the interplanetary system?

    • A Hamilton Guy

I’d have bounced him off the wall. When I was a kid that shit from the kid didn’t happen, and the shit from kids now wouldn’t happen except in extreme cases. They are out of control with no fear.

    • Will Quest

That kid probably has known nothing but violence all his life and now the authority lays into him…. I agree this is child abuse on many levels …

      • Uncommunist

Thank-you. If this kid was a ‘sociopath’ as theorized, the parent would have been arrested and convicted of oh … something like … sexual assault – that never ever took place. Secondly, if a cop or anyone else says something I find offensive, does that mean I can react however which way I want due to ‘justified’ violence ? Not.

  • Linda1000

Well, maybe I’m blind this morning because I didn’t see either of those two cops hitting the kid in the video and all I could hear was the kid repeatedly saying “f**k you”? The kid is lucky they didn’t even cuff him for resisting arrest? I noticed one officer put his gloves on in case the little twit decided to bite.

    • Linda1000

OK, I watched the video a third time and finally saw where the officer slaps the kid once after all the swearing at the officer. A slap doesn’t seem like assault to me and the kid deserved it.

  • Justin St.Denis

If any of my kids had ever spoken to ANYBODY like that, they would have received a lot more than a swat. Somehow, they must have figured that out because none of them ever got close to that child in the video in terms of demonstrable self-destructive disrespect for other human beings. This boy is likely a sociopath…..

    • Uncommunist

If he was a sociopath; he would have his parent arrested and convicted and imprisoned for a false sexual assault

      • Justin St.Denis

That’s it. You are officially an idiot. Buh-bye

        • Uncommunist

Cheers. We just disagree on this topic. Generally I find your comments to be spot on.

    • ECM

Indeed. Once upon a time, a kid would haver gotten a lot worse than a little slap if he addressed *any* adult like that, and we’re all vastly poorer that kids *aren’t* kept properly in line these days–I can’t be the only one who had a parent who was literally *paddled* by his teacher–or truant officer!*–far more strenuously than the non-event in this video, can I?

*I’m too young to recall the days of truant offices, but my mother, when I was young, was very good friends with an elderly gentleman who’s career was chasing down kids skipping school and meting out instant justice on them, before dragging them back to ‘prison’.

  • David_Martin

Fortunately the kid was not black. If he was, this would have been headline news + the COP would be hung out to dry + riots (remember the Rodney King sympathy riot in downtown Toronto) + fodder for the Desmond (Everybody is a racist except Blacks, Aboriginals and Muslims) Cole radio show on Newstalk 1010 in Toronto.

    • Raymond Hietapakka

      Ya…let’s see a Thunder Bay cop bitch-slap a Native kid up here….

    • Uncommunist

The Corollary : I don’t agree with cops being able to do whatever they damn well please to Canadian white males; regardless of age – either. That is another backwards ideology at play.

  • Raymond Hietapakka

Cops should learn to ignore the chatter….the good ones do.

    • Uncommunist

Or Fort Frances in a hardcore bar where all the men and half the women are carrying a sharp edged instrument … doubt it. Someone would get stabbed – without or without body armor vest.

  • RottyLover

Only a white kid will get that treatment.

    • Uncommunist

Bingo … and or a white male adult. Would be okay if the white father went and slapped that cop’s kid from behind – in the brainbucket for being a brat ?

      • RottyLover

It would be ok with me. Told ours to go ahead and turn us in when they got smacked or paddled. Maybe they would get a wonderful foster home where they could steal and lie to their heart’s content with no consequences, but not in our house.

        • Uncommunist

          Fair enough by me !

  • Mark

    Give that cop a raise.

  • glasnost

Yes, the kid deserved it, but it should have been administered a few years earlier by the kid’s parent. The cop doing it at the age of 12 is too late, and in my opinion bad judgement since the kid is obviously as much a victim as a perp, and the kid won’t be redeemed by a slap on the face anyway.

    • Bingo.

      The parent has failed.

      • Clausewitz

Probably the last thing this Kid hears as he heads out the door in the morning from Mommy or Daddy is, “Stick it to the Man”. When I had a real jackwad of a kid in my class it usually took about two minutes into the Parent/Teacher interview to understand why the kid was such a shit. Chip off the old block.

        • Daddy?

I don’t think Daddy is in the picture, ergo, the foul mouth.

  • BillyHW

  • moraywatson

To know who rules you know you cannot slap after they tell you to suck their dick.

  • I find it necessary at this time to point out the blog’s comment policy above.

  • DaninVan

Sooo wrong… but so richly deserved! 😉

I’d kind of like to know what they were interested in the little shit for(?)…
Was he a suspect in an earlier crime? Hell, if you can’t ‘respect’ the fuzz at least fear them.

    • Clausewitz

Yeah, well when you’ve grown up your whole life being told you have “Rights” but never been informed of your responsibilities what do you think you’re going to end up with?

  • Solo712

Which brings us back to the question whether physical force is a way to discipline wayward boys and girls. I say, yes, obviously. Now, this will not please the battalions of accredited bitches (male & female) who will scream their heads off, going apoplectic.

  • Where are the parents? You know – the married mother and father who teach the kids morals and manners?

    • Clausewitz

Dad’s serving time and Mom’s turning tricks down at the local Peeler Bar.

  • Hard Little Machine

Talk shit get shit has been the rule for, oh, about the last 10,000 years

  • Sharkibark

There is some poetic justice, and I don’t say the kid didn’t deserve it, if not even need it, BUT – it should have come from the parents, much earlier, not from a cop.

Physical violence in response to speech you dislike or disapprove of is not okay whether it’s a cop with a foul mouthed child, Jordan Peterson on pronouns, or the ability of stupid people to say stupid stuff in public – right OR left.

If the child was being arrested and was physically resisting arrest, reasonable force can be used, of course. If the child was being violent, reasonable force can used to restrain them. But a slap across the face, even if some part of me thinks it’s deserved, should not have come from the position of authority that the police have.

    • A Hamilton Guy

If you mouth off and get a smack in the mouth: you should have known better. A foul mouth towards another is just bullying by another form. You deserve what you get.

      • Sharkibark

In another time I would agree with you. However, in the current climate of hate speech laws, I tend to disagree. Responding to speech with violence is what antifa and the left does and it should not include state-sanctioned violence through the police.

        • Uncommunist

Antifa, the left and the current Leftist state-sanctioned leftist police union brutality and violence against white males is much much more common than society remotely fathoms.

      • Uncommunist

Every cop will arrest you for doing just that – standing up to a bully.
