I thought Tillerson was clashing with Trump the same as McMaster seems to be at times?

        Tillerson probably is
he knows more leaders , where the big money is better than all the rest
        McMaster is deep state

As with everything from the NYT… buyer beware.

“Senior administration officials” are the source. In other words, a gift horse we should look in the mouth.

Oddly enough, I just deleted it unopened but I had a spam email the other day supposedly from Rex. Can’t recall what the e-address was when I blocked it. Maybe it was genuine and he was looking for a job?

Was he reluctant to give up his second job as an Honourary saudi prince?
He didn’t get on with the very overdue cleaning out the stables at state either, perhaps?
Moving the head of the CIA to State is a pretty clear signal that somebody’s foreign kettle is heating up fast.

Why would I believe anything the New York Times says about Trump or his administration?

It was also reported on Fox News. Getting rid of Tillerson is a great move. Now if Trump would hurry up and replace McMaster, I would be rather happy.

Getting rid of Tillerson is a great move if you love bloated and unaccountable bureaucracy. He is doing a great job of paring the State Department down to size. There is no reason for him to move on until that mission is complete.

        • caliroxanne

Saw him on Fox yesterday and he said that there is a hiring freeze, but the actual number of State Dept employs will remain virtually as it is with only a small reduction. Yes, it would be great if a large number of State Department employees were sent packing, along with many government employees in many other areas, but so far nothing meaningful.

You should follow along at Conservative Treehouse. You are not getting the full picture on what Tillerson is actually accomplishing.

With the Muezzin Times it’s better to wait until something actually happens.
