Brown University to allow students to ‘self-identify’ as persons of color

The policy comes as a result of complaints made by graduate students on the Graduate School advisory board that international and Asian American students are not treated as members of historically underrepresented groups by the university, according to The Brown Daily Herald.

Damn my Scottish genes. I identify as a pale blue skin tone with red hair and beard. I should be killed with fire.

But they won’t let you go “Dolezal” before being admitted, to have access to diminished admittance standards…

If everyone can self-identify then identity politics implodes in on itself, for if everyone is marginalized then no one is.

  • So “White” is no longer considered a colour? So what happens when Mrs. Jones asks her local painter to paint her bathroom, and the painter asks “what colour would you like?”, and Mrs. Jones answers: “I would like a semi-gloss acrylic white”? Is the painter going to answer, “I’m sorry Mrs. Jones but white is no longer considered a colour — you must choose either black, or brown, or yellow or red for your bathroom”?
