The Hague Aims for U.S. Soldiers

The court’s top prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda

For the first time since it began operating in 2002, the International Criminal Court has put the U.S. in its sights. On Nov. 3, ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda initiated an investigation into alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Afghanistan since mid-2003. This raises the alarming possibility that the court will seek to assert jurisdiction over American citizens.

Gee. Gambia’s former Minister of “Justice”. That inspires confidence.

  • Hard Little Machine

If it were me in charge I’d pull out of Afcrackistan and then NATO.

  • Clausewitz

The US military never has, and never will secede jurisdiction over their combatants. Good luck there Princess. I feel a Trump tweet a comin’.

  • Norman_In_New_York

    Trump won’t tolerate this.

  • Martin B

    Fuck Off Fatou.

Her name ought to be “Youfat” 😉

And $5 says Soros has recently been whispering in her ear (or at least in the ear of someone in her work circle)…

“That young schoolgirl, one of more than a dozen siblings born to a polygamous Muslim family in the smallest country in mainland Africa, is now the chief prosecutor of the international criminal court in the Hague.”
She absolutely doesn’t represent my cultural values and experiences and therefore has no right, nor moral standing, to judge them.
In fact she cannot unbiasedly judge any westerner in conflict with elements of Islam.

If I were POTUS (Be afraid. Be very afraid.) I would quietly pass the word through diplomatic channels that if an ICC official were to indict an American, and was not immediately arrested by Dutch authorities for extradition to the United States, we would consider it an Act of War by the Netherlands. If an American Citizen were to be arrested or kidnapped, we would give The Netherlands 24 hours to return the Citizen in good condition, and all the officials involved in the arrest, the latter to be capitally tried in the US. On hour 25, The Hague would be reduced to radioactive cinders.

USA is not party to the Rome Statute and is therefore not a member state of the ICC.

Being expelled would be a blessing and money saver.

It’d free up a prime development site with frontage on the East River.

Even Krauthammer once said the best thing Trump could do regarding the UN was to kick them out of the USA and turn the headquarters into condos… 😉

  • Lightstream

Well, it figures that Canada would be a part of this. If I was PM, this country would be a non-member ASAP and out of the UN as well. Only in Canada do you find this level of stupidity, it seems.

I hope Trump tells them to take a flying leap.

‘Canada played a pivotal role in the movement for the International
Criminal Court and contributed to its development in a variety of
    important ways, which included:’

    This is obviously ‘Affirmative Action’.
It is a work in Progress—sorta like Canada.
