Column: “You can thank Obama for the looming Mideast war against Iran”

I wonder if this was Obama’s plan all along:

After eight years of Obama’s Mideast policy, this is the outcome. The Saudis, Egyptians, Israelis and others in the region learned from Obama’s snubs that they can trust no one but themselves and have made it very clear that they will confront Iran, whether or not the West continues to cling to its illusion of moderate Iranian leadership. It could all get very ugly, very quickly.

Obama did many things that are causing problems for the world in a never ending series of events. The planning of all these things is too much for one man. There is a strong network and we can guess what evil genius is funding it.

I just can’t wait till the Easterners find out that there’ll be no more middle eastern oil coming into Canada if the Persian Gulf gets entertaining. Bet a loonie that Trump stops West Texas oil from coming up too. Of course, Energy East would have helped but the Frogs and Logs enviro-twits stopped that. What was that 70’s
comment? Let the Eastern Bastards freeze in the dark.

Obama was not planning on war. He was and may still be working toward making Iran so powerful that everyone else is deterred from war. He essentially admitted his goal was to make Iran a region hegemonic superpower. Very early in his first term he spoke about helping to create a ‘crescent of stability’ based on Iran. And today Iran has that. They have a crescent, based on the shape of the old Fertile Crescent that stretches from the border with Afghanistan to the Lebanese shores of the Mediterranean. But the key to this is creating a nuclear armed Iran that projects power far beyond the borders of Iran. And a power than can at will control most of the Persian Gulf to threaten the global oil market.

As long as we don’t get involved in a mid east war against Iran, I don’t see a down side.

If Saudi can’t dispatch the hooties in Yemen in a reasonable amount of time how can they deal with Iran? Although it seems the hezbolla (related to woola bolla?) didn’t do so great in Syria. The A-rabs seem to be able to terrorize & kill weak/unarmed people they don’t do so well against a somewhat capable opponent.

War would need bombs and Iran has no plans … er, check that. Of course Obama laid the path to war as all leftist policies do.

Israel has been arming itself with its own advanced weapons for a long time, and when Netanyahu says that Israel will not be defeated, he means it and even the Russians know and respect it.
