USAF General Says He Will Obey Trump’s Order To Launch Nukes And The Internet Goes Wild

Before dealing with the question and Hyten’s answer, let’s clear away some underbrush. The president is the commander-in-chief. Period. If he gives an order, and is determined to carry it out, no number of generals can stop him. A general officer holds a commission signed by the president. If he voices his objections and is still told to do it he has two options. Resign or do it.

Women, faggots, and university professors shouldn’t be allowed on the internet.

Women should be in the kitchen perfecting their cookie recipes, faggots should be in the closet where they belong, and university professors should be doing useful work, like cleaning toilets, or scraping dog shit from the bottom of shoes.

So who decides on the illegality of the orders sent down the chain of command? Nice military career you had there cupcake.

If your boss suddenly asks you to trigger some action that is likely to kill and injure of millions of people, you really have to be damn sure that this action is completely justified. This is why we pay them the big bucks: for the experience, reasoning and intelligence regarding the areas of their expertise; a general is promoted to that level on consideration of their political beliefs and of their political understanding in addition to purely military skills.

  • I think Hyten took an opportunity to be contrary.

Having said that, I would rather take out Kim than nuke North Korea. It’s not like the North Koreans voted for him or anything.

Trump’s a business man , nuking anything would be bad for business. The last ten minutes or so of his speech in South Korea Nov 7 sounds like he wants to liberate those people not kill them.

Trump is a businessman and used to negotiation tactics where you ask for the moon even if you are prepared to settle for a chunk of stone. A lot of his statements seem to take that approach so that his opponents feel relief that he doesn’t stand by his original position and they feel success in getting him to compromise from that position.

      • Kim whatsisname does seem to be keeping a low profile since Trump gave him what-for. He is a classic bully, and the worst thing you can do is appease such people.
