FATAH: ‘Anti-Islamophobia’ motion taking more fire

A professor of linguistics at the University of Ottawa, commenting on the so-called anti-Islamophobia motion, M103, has urged the Trudeau government “to start an international Commission on how to handle the violence in the Koran,” which, he says exists, without doubt.

But what about the history of 14 centuries of peace for countries that were under Islamic rule?

There is violence portrayed in any number of books. There is ongoing incitement to violence in the Koran.

the doctrine of abrogation. any later passage which contradicts an earlier passage takes precedence. Oddly, nobody wants to talk about what that actually ends up meaning.

The definition of futility: speaking rationally on the basis of experience in front of a committee dominated by Liberals and Dippers.

I fear that this is all for show and this horrible, freedom-killing motion will become law, no matter what. I pray I’m wrong but it sure looks that way.

I had understood that the motion actually has past. This committee is in place to decide how to put it into effect and probably to recommend some sort of freedom and soul destroying law. If that happens we, the descendants of free peoples, will be well on the way to becoming slaves in the country our own ancestors carved out the wilderness for us.

Clearly the committee is not hearing what they want to hear, and the things they are not wanting to hear are not coming from the people they expect to hear such things from. In other words, their narrative is being destroyed. Not that that will make any difference. They have their agenda, and anyone who clashes with it will be ignored or vilified.

I hope the committee crashes and burns and fails utterly to pass this dog’s breakfast of a totalitarian speech restriction.

    • They will ignore and vilify, and eventually prosecute any dissenting voices. Their mandate is clear – clear the way for Islamic takeover.

  • The professor’s words are meandering and apologetic and ultimately unhelpful. The motion was passed with the very word in dispute.

    But this is telling:

“Mohammed said: “But to people like me, people with backgrounds in the
Muslim world, this is blase. We have been dealing with Muslims killing
in the name of religion for 1,400 years. We are accustomed to Islamists,
like the Muslim Brotherhood, and Jihadis like al-Qaida and ISIS.

“I was married to a member of al-Qaida. I had his baby. None of this is a mystery to me. None of this is new.”

Later, not one Liberal or NDP MP asked her a single question. It was as if she had never been there.”

    I wonder why not.

  • Expect no support or tolerance from Justin Trudeau for anti-Islam initiatives – he is a Muslim mole.
