The BBC has uncovered details of a secret deal that let hundreds of IS fighters and their families escape from Raqqa, under the gaze of the US and British-led coalition and Kurdish-led forces who control the city.

    This is a story that needs to get traction but I am afraid will get buried. The American public needs to know that it’s government is giving ISIS safe passage out of Raqqa. They did the same thing in Iraq – gave safe passage for ISIS so they could flee to Syria. The U.S. and its allies (Israel and Saudi Arabia) don’t want to wipe out ISIS. They want to keep it alive in the hopes it will eventually take down Assad. Trump likes to boast about how he is wiping out ISIS in Syria. Either he is being misinformed or he is outright lying.
